Homeowners must get approval before initiating any change to the exterior of their home. For architectural review, please submit the ARC application form of proposed change found on the ARC Application Form page. Approval of changes and/or additions is based on (but not limited to) existing covenants and restrictions as well as the potential impact on neighbors.
